Another employee clocked in, grabbed a cookie without washing her hands or wearing gloves, and started eating it right in front of customers. Do NOT eat here! The employees are allowed to be unhygienic!

I tried to be polite when giving instructions for my sandwich, but the staff member appeared irritated. When I asked for the sandwich to be packed separately, she made a displeased face as if I was imposing. She's an older lady, and I don’t want to be rude—my intention is to help her improve, not to get her fired. Thank you.

To add to the situation, one of the employees had her boyfriend loitering in the lobby, which was quite distracting. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold because, after our subs finished cooking, they started preparing another customer's order right behind us. We ordered a 6-inch steak sub with two strips of bacon, a protein bowl, a chicken wrap, and two bags of chips, and our total came to $40! What a disappointment!

She then beg... read more Hello, I arrived at Subway at 9:50 PM. A woman on staff informed me that they were closed, but I pointed out that it was still before closing time. She then began to yell, and another employee from a different counter approached me and told me to leave the store and not return. I've had consistently poor service at this location in the past, but this was a new low for me. I won’t be coming back to Subway again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else either.
