Aral - Feedback

What Elfi Hauke likes about Aral:
I'm shocked at so many negative reviews. It's been a few years since I worked there, but there wasn't anything like that in my time. We still had fun at work and training courses were also offered, which are certainly still available today. Friendly staff are hard to find these days, most of them haven't learned a profession, so how are they supposed to know how to deal with them? Don't get me wrong, but most of them... I actually only go to Aral to fill up because of the Payback points, otherwise I would fill up somewhere else. Unfortunately, the cashiers there are not able to have the Paypack card scanned correctly. Instead, you sit there listlessly on your cell phone and it is simply assumed that you want to pay by card without being asked beforehand.
