I'm shocked at so many negative reviews. It's been a few years since I worked there, but there wasn't anything like that in my time. We still had fun at work and training courses were also offered, which are certainly still available today. Friendly staff are hard to find these days, most of them haven't learned a profession, so how are they supposed to know how to deal with them? Don't get me wrong, but most of them... What H N doesn't like about Aral:
I actually only go to Aral to fill up because of the Payback points, otherwise I would fill up somewhere else. Unfortunately, the cashiers there are not able to have the Paypack card scanned correctly. Instead, you sit there listlessly on your cell phone and it is simply assumed that you want to pay by card without being asked beforehand. After that, scanning the Payback card is no longer of any use. This has happene... View all feedback.

In itself, most of the gas station is fine. But what is really annoying is that nobody shows the employees how to read Aral vouchers. I've been there four times with vouchers and each time the employees were overwhelmed. Most recently I had the voucher in the Google Wallet instead of printed it, hoping that it would work better. However, the instructions of the employees ensured that the voucher was not used, but that the fuel bill was paid via my wallet by credit card. That's very annoying, because I only wanted to fill up there because of the voucher, because otherwise I'd rather fill up at cheaper gas stations. I actually think it's appropriate, if a company offers its own vouchers, that you also explain to your employees how these are to be used. And it's not an isolated case either, but as I said four situations, each with different employees who were overwhelmed by the voucher.
Here you are still cheated with love! I was so happy to finally be able to fill up my car with cheap Super95 again. By cheap I mean the €1.85 shown on the big board. But far from it. They asked me €1.93 when it came to paying. The following dialogue took place between me and the service person: Me: Excuse me, the display outside says €1.85 for a liter, but you charged me €1.93. Service worker: Yes, the displays are not always immediately synchronized with the current fuel price. Unfortunately, the price is different than what you expected when you started refueling. Me: “Unfortunately, this is a scam.” Service worker: “Yes, I know!” After filling up and paying, I dutifully remained on site for about 7 minutes. But the display board still said the advertised 1.85€/liter Super 95. Being the good German that I am, I of course took several photos of the gas pump, the price board and my receipt. No change in favor of the customer. Since I have a full-time job, the scope for negotiations was too limited to claim the advertised course. However, I hope that the owner and/or tenant of this Aral branch will use the overpaid €2.34 to buy something nice for the family or for the Arab Oil Group, to which I have made an involuntary donation. Keep it up! That 's what I call a high-turnover branch. Even if I got screwed while filling up the tank.
The young pretty lady.. very friendly.. No complaints

After that, scanning the Payback card is no longer of any use. This has happened more than once now. Too bad, for 70 euros filled up 6 points at Payback, all for nothing, just because the employees don't care at all, maybe you should think about training for employees.
