The fish is always cooked perfectly with the batter crispy and never soggy or undercooked. The chips are double fried and really tasty. Don't know what oil is used but it doesn't taint the food. Staff are always friendly. It's a popular local takeaway. The best chip shop in this area without doubt. View all feedback.

We ordered online on a v busy Saturday. The web site said 45 mins and it arrived just a little later. Something on my order didn't go through so I rang them up and added it. As they were so busy, it was missed on delivery but I rang them and they dropped it straight here. Customer service 100% Food is fab Thank you Sea Chef!

I always buy from here as the fish is a nice size and very tasty so are the chips and the portions are large I get small chips for 2 people and still have some left over
While the affordability of Fish 'n Chips may have changed over time, this restaurant still provides reasonably priced, large portions of high-quality food. Every time I'm in the area, I make sure to visit and would recommend it to anyone seeking a delicious meal. I highly recommend it.
My group of Scouts were camping at the Tolmers Scout site and we decided to have fish and chips on our last day. The closest chip shop to Tolmers disappointed us, so we found this place about 8 minutes away. Even though we placed a large order, they were able to accommodate us. The fish and chips were delicious, perfectly cooked, and not greasy. The staff were friendly and polite. We called ahead to place our order and they were very accommodating. They also informed us beforehand that they only accepted cash, so we were prepared.
