Awful quality. The chicken satay tasted old, the sweet and sour had hardly any pork ,everything was tasteless. The only good thing was the duck and it wasn’t cheap, nearly£50.never again. View all feedback.

Plates were too small so food spilled, duck fried rice had too much fat not enough meat, order a shandy no enough lenonade so had to order a separate lenonade.
Had a delivery from here last night! First time in about 3 yrs. The food was so good that I had to post about it! Every dish was tasty and cooked so well!
Food is very good! Love the shredded pork belly fried rice, tempura prawns, shredded chicken chow mein is nice and spicy too but was a bit charred 1/3 times I got this(they replaced immediately we mentioned). Service was amazing and staff was very welcoming and attentive. Would definitely recommend and go again.
Service excellent, good portion sizes of all food but expensive. The Pak choi was under cooked, the waiter reluctantly sent it back. Crispy chilli beef was a good choice. Unfortunately, because of the price and noisy ambience we will not be returning.
Great Chinese Spot everything I had was perfectly cooked. I most enjoyed the Cantonese Char Siu in the Chef specials sections the best bit of meat,I ever had but everything else looked lovely. Would reccomend visiting!!

Absolutely delicious ordered and it came nice and hot. loved the garnels fresh beautiful and juicy, garnelen toast very tasty. in any case order again

How refreshing to be met in a restaurant by the owner, all the staff were very pleasant. Very quick to take a drink order and given some prawn crackers, nice touch. Whilst eating the duck the staff asked if we wanted some more cucumber and onion, which was very good, the food was pipping hot and very good, this is the best Chinese restaurant in the local area by far and service is very very good. Highly recommend a visit if you want quality food and service , will definitely becoming back
Enjoyed a family gathering for dinner at the Regency. Parking directly outside! Delicious shared starter a meal in itself!
The place was freezing cold, the staff were very rude, China red our usual go to for a good Chinese was closed and as so many people had mentioned regency was ok we thought we would try it but certainly wouldn’t return, food literally thrown at you and took forever even tho there was only 2 tables in, we were so cold we kept our coats on and the place looked dirty and tired
Since moving from Potters Bar to Goffs Oak, about 6 miles away, some 40 years ago, and having an excellent local Chinese, we only met a friend here, being halfway between properties. Very pleased with the evening as was our long-standing friend and guest. Very attentive staff and a fair ambience in this busy restaurant. No criticism of the food, other than an acknowledgement that whilst very freshly prepared and very acceptable, geared to an English taste.. very nicely prepared an tasty. Would certainly eat there again.. all reasonably priced and well run establishment.. only change I would expect is freshly steamed towels, following the meal, rather than Plastic microwave warmed offerings!
My friends and I keep coming back here as the food is delicious, especially the lobster in ginger and spring onion on top of crispy noodles. The staff are kind, polite and always helpful. Thank you Regency for always being there for us: before, during and after Covid. We love you!

The food at this restaurant is extremely overpriced and terrible. After eating there, we all felt sick. From the moment we walked in, we were unsure if we should even stay. The Jasmin tea was served in a filthy teapot and on a plate that looked like it had never been cleaned. We were charged a service fee for practically no service at all. I would definitely never dine there again, no matter what.
I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was delicious and served hot. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. Overall, I had a great first experience and will definitely be ordering from here again.
I ordered a delicious dish and it arrived hot and fresh. The prawns were lovely and juicy, and the prawn toast was very tasty. I will definitely be ordering again.
