Kfc - Hertsmere

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. very patiently explains how to use my KFC app! although this is not my local kfc, I might be able to go a bit further and come to this if I knock out a kfc next time.

I would order via justeat. a simple process that thousands of us used. When my order was cancelled suddenly, I immediately called kfc to whom I was told that the supplier had an aggressive outbreak and had decided to throw my food on the floor in the restaurant. the poor manager apologised me and explained if I could come to the restaurant, he would return my command when I arrive. he did exactly that, my eating was hot and fresh and was simply put in boxes and bags for me, and the manager showed me photos he had made when the JustEat driver literally threw the food everywhere in the restaurant! he even added something extras because I traveled to get my food. really friendly staff and the manager is brilliant and treats the situation very professional! highly recommended

Amazing I reccomend this KFC the batter was super crispy and fresh there was loads of meat and it was worth the money!

We visited this shop last week at 10 pm. The menu and everything else were normal. The coleslaw was not fresh and the chicken seemed to have been reheated after being cold. I did not enjoy the taste. In Turkey, Thailand, and Germany, the taste is similar but not here. However, the workers were very nice and helpful.
