Large dining room, and it's needed, as they get a lot of Hershey visitors. Outdoor seating available, too. Coke Freestyle machine was fully stocked (a rarity). Friendly, quick service at the counter. 2 issues here: there are no ordering kiosks and they don't offer 4-for-$4 meals, only $5 Biggie Bags. A good experience here nonetheless. View all feedback.

Waited literally 20 minutes in the drive through, just to have multiple different things missing in the order, and the food that I DID get was cold. If you do go here, always check your food. And don’t wait in a long line because it will take even longer than you think. View all feedback.

Tables and floor were NOT clean. Drink dispenser was dirty and all surfaces were sticky.The food was good.
Not happy with the service here. Ordered a chili and didn't get it. They almost forgot my frostys. They seem rushed.
Fast service. Quality food. And a friendly and attentive crew who works together.
My friend and I both had the fish sandwiches. They were delicious. The fries were cold. However they corrected that. We were given free child-sized frosties. ?
