This is fine dining. And nearby there is an open field with canola like flowers. Good for picture taking. Some people have their weddjng here. The wine is good. I can smell it before it reached the table. This is good thjng. I regret not buying the wine. Awww. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sittella Winery and Cafe Restaurant:
Friends came here as part of a winery tour with Out and About. We were given a wine tasting which was nothing above expectation and then an expected 2 course luncheon was a plowmans lunch. As we only had a half hour, we understand this is the easiest to prepare. It was fair with some highlights being the beetroot/cream cheese spread and the salad. Needs improving - cutlery to serve the salad as they were to share; lo... View all feedback.

Having already visited the cellar door for a wine tasting and then moved on to an intended lunch venue, which disappointed and we left before sitting, we returned to Sittella on the off-chance that, busy as they were, they would be able to fit us in.Absolutely no problem! Staff were, as usual, wonderful. The menu choices were excellent, the food superbly cooked to the highest standard, and the wine, of course, excelled. We will be returning on Christmas Day for lunch.
Lunched at Sitella Winery. Started with the seafood Chowder and the Sitella's Wine Makers Plate. The chowder was the dispointing thing we ate, no seafood to speak of i.e. no chunks of fish or prawns etc, The flavour was OK, but lacked some punch. The share plate was excellent, great produce. Standouts were the pate', haloumi and chorizo.Mains were also excellent. The confit duck was exceptional, plump, juicy and fall apart. The lamb rack (4 chops), and shredded lamb shoulder were also excellent. The wine list was good, showcasing their own wines, reasonably priced. All in all, a very good experience for fine dining and quality produce such at this. Service was attentive without being overbearing.Would be nice to come back for dessert and a coffee one weekend. The chocolate share plate looked amazing.
A nice experience, lovely staff and good food …recommended It was a weekday outing. Using Scoopon voucher (50% discount). Excellent value and can’t expected more. Staff were friendly and welcome the using of the discount Scoopon…strong recommended.
