I ordered a big chicken box and was served all old chicken. Do not waste your money here smh.. the chicken sandwich was so hard it was almost inedible.
Great service, great chicken. We stopped for a quick lunch and was on the road again in a matter of minutes.
We ordered a 12-piece bucket of chicken with mac and cheese, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes, along with a classic chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the woman at the speaker was quite rude and started arguing with my husband about how we were only entitled to one side. He questioned her since we ordered a 12-piece bucket, and her response was dismissive. After paying at the window, we didn’t receive a receipt and were instructed to pull forward for our food. Once we got home, we discovered that our sandwich was missing. Since we didn’t get a receipt, it was frustrating. We spent $45 on mediocre chicken, cold sides, no sandwich, and stale biscuits. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I won’t be returning to this location. Despite being situated in a Walmart parking lot, which should attract customers, we were the only ones there on a Saturday night. It would have been better to cook at home.
I waited in the KFC drive-thru for 12 minutes, and when I finally reached the window to order, the staff informed me that all chicken items on the menu would take 20 minutes. Many customers ended up driving away. I probably won't be returning.
