Ac's Steakhouse Pub - Hernando

This photo speaks volumes. I give it a perfect score of 10. The creamed spinach was absolutely incredible.

My girlfriend and I dropped in as we traveled back home to Jackson. This place was great! The atmosphere was awesome, the staff was top notch, our Ribeye was cooked perfect and had so much flavor, but, let me tell you.... THAT CREAM SPINACH AND GARLIC MASH potatoes were to die for! Great restaurant, can't WAIT to stop back through!

Food and service were excellent. A bit pricey, but what restaurant isn't now.

The food is good, but it is expensive for the portion size. If you ask for steak sauce, be prepared for them to offer their homemade sauce for $2 per serving. There are better steak options at other restaurants for a lower price, and they are flavorful enough to not need any sauce.

We had a table for four on early Saturday evening, before Father's Day. We were seated promptly in a large room with an almost atrium feel, with the sun setting on the square. The atmosphere was great and laid-back. The waitress was amazing, she was the best! The drinks were excellent, with a wide variety of specialty cocktails and wines. I didn't even need to check the beer list. The sangria was fantastic! The appetizers were delicious and came out quickly, especially the sausage platter and crawfish dip which was outstanding! We couldn't quite tell if the tortillas were flour or eggroll wrappers, but either way, they were a great appetizer. We ordered shrimp prepared in two different ways, a ribeye steak, and cajun pasta. Every aspect of our meal at AC Steakhouse was fantastic, down to the smallest detail. Kudos to the restaurant! We can't wait to return...hopefully, Area 51 won't be as crowded next time we visit.
