What User doesn't like about Hernando Point Public Use Area:
We stopped at this campground during our trip. The sunrise and sunset over the lake were beautiful, and there were plenty of fallen branches to collect for firewood. The bathrooms were clean and had showers available, although we didn't use them. There were signs pointing to a multi-use path as well. View all feedback.
Beautiful campsites with lots of space between them
Other than the day area being closed when I got their it was really nice
Nothing better than seeing a pair of Bald Eagles!!!!!
The restaurant is in a fantastic location, quiet and peaceful, perfect for even families with children.
