This place is not kid friendly even though their website makes it appear they are. Food was marginal, Service was terrible. No drink refills, hostesses too busy chit chatting. I would not recommend, unfortunately. View all feedback.
The host was rude to us and didn’t honor our reservation. My friend drove an hour to meet me and we we’re stuck at the end of a bar in the direct sun. Not exactly the experience we were going for.
When I arrived for my reservation at Tower 12, the hostess could not find my reservation. She asked me if I booked it on Open Table, then told me they never look at reservations that come through Open Table.
It’s a happening place , very loud, but that’s what you should expect at a bar restaurant. Pizza came out cold and so did the fries Pretzel is amazing, definitely a shareable . Salads were very good . Service was definitely a 10.
Fun place to eat and people watch. The bar was loud, but the HB Festival was in full swing.
Service was on-point. Kylie was always checking in, but not too much. We never had an empty water or beer glass. Food was great, especially for an ultra popular spot for the twenty-somethings (only later at night, not at all from 5- 8 PM when we were there). I will hold other business meetings here for sure.
