Ordered 4 sandwiches at Hermon, Maine Subway. As two of my sandwiches were prepared, flies crawled all over the two sandwiches waiting to be made. Bread was sliced open, and the flies crawled all over the inside of the bread. When I asked for fresh bread, the employee set my fly bread aside. I sure do hope she didn’t reuse the bread. I was very disappointed in the amount of flies in the store and crawling on my bread. 10/12/21 approximately 7 P.M. The counter person didn’t offer an apology for the flies. Very disappointed with my visit.
Went in store at 5:15 and ordered a cold cut sandwich and girl took an order from a guy who came after me. She pushed my sandwich aside and made me wait until she made his two meatball sandwiches. She had no name tag on. I didn't get a receipt either.. What is with that?
The manager was very UNPROFESSIONAL...doesn t listen to with cust..wants...made and error with one sandwich...and then charges you for the error....my bill should have been only 22.34....she charges a diff charge also of 10.20 MORE ,,....which you never got the sandwich ....poor customer SERVICE...when i ask to speak to the owner of the store ...she would nt let you...on top of this she did this to young person . plus the 3 sandwich that we did get the bread was steal. the sandwiches were just awful. we will never go to that store again,....very poor customer service,,,over charge customer ....customer beware!... NOT FRESH BREAD...AND YOU GET CHGED FOR THERE ERRORS. AND TOOK ADVANGE OF SOME ONE WITH A DISABLITY.
Have had a few bad experiences and was very hesitant to go back, but I went in yesterday 9/1/2022 and had a great sandwiches made and the young lady working was very very good and was so busy working all by herself but did an awesome job!! A great attitude and work ethic!!! In todays world that is impossible to find. Very lucky to have her.
