I ended up wa... read more I am quite disappointed with the service at Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese wraps, but they completely overlooked my order. I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes! It’s really frustrating. Do they need to hire more staff? I still love Dunkin' Donuts; I just wish the service could be consistently better.

However, this was the third time yesterday that I was scal... read more I visit this Dunkin' regularly because other locations claim they don’t have Dunkin’ Midnight coffee. However, this was the third time yesterday that I was scalded by hot coffee here. On two previous occasions, the lids weren’t properly secured, causing the coffee to be scalding hot and spill. I actually lost control of my vehicle after being burned on my lap, chest, and arm. I’ve called and spoken to someone about it, but all they offer are free donuts. The latest incident happened early morning on 7/1/22. The employee handed me my bag and then my coffee, and as I tried to place it in my cup holder, it spilled all over my right leg and hand. I was in pain, and although she offered napkins and apologized, I was extremely frustrated. I had to pull over until the burning subsided and then told them I no longer wanted the coffee. This isn’t about a specific employee—it’s clearly an issue with how the lids fit on the cups. I’m considering joining a class action lawsuit, as I know several others have experienced burns from these cups and lids.
