Reservation for a large family dinner was easy to make. Seated immediately upon arrival. Service from greeting to leaving was excellent. Appetizers and entrees all hot and fresh, excellent flavor. Large portions didn't leave room for dessert, but will on next visit! View all feedback.

Disappointing first visit. Service was good, but the food was disappointing. Creme Brulee was excellent but the chicken in the chicken and biscuits was tough. Gravy for the meal was kinda bland. But the tough chicken was the biggest disappointment. When first looking at the menu I thought to myself, I need to come here more often, but after the meal I don’t know if I’ll be back. Phenomenal service and food. I'm a bit leary to order steak but I ordered a rib steak and explained just how I like my steak and it was perfect. The waitress Miranda was amazing that sais it all.
Dinner was burnt after I told them. I didn't want burnt cheeseburgers. They were charred like hockey pucks . Terrible Dinner !
I received a gift card and the hubby and I got dinner to go. He got the sasquatch burger, I got the reuben. We paid extra for fries and a side of slaw. IF there was 3 oz of fries total in our order, i'd be surprised. The burger was good but my reuben was cold and soggy. The slaw had an off taste and was very coarsely ground. The cheesecake and peanut butter pie were very good. I'm really glad I didn't spend $50 of my money for this meal. The staff was on point from the hostess, to the girl on phones to the bar staff that got my food. It was very clean and appealing. Just disappointed in the quality of the food. EDIT: Spoke with Jessica the manager and she is making our purchase right. She will review the order and send replacement gift cards. I appreciate that.
Ruebuen use to have sauce on it ...you couldn't find it....had to get extra....not like it use to be. Coleslaw terrible. Need to give waitresses there tips....cash only. No right to tax them thier tips. Step it up
Food was not the best. I think they forgot the crab in the cakes. Lettuce was not fresh
