The restaurant has a pleasant appearance and is well-maintained. The staff member was both professional and friendly. The food was served hot and tasted delicious. Unfortunately, not all KFC locations meet this standard, which is why I appreciate this one so much.
Went to KFC Friday 27th and was ordering dinner and a polite young man named Bailey greeted me warmly, and helped me resolve an issue i had with the food. it was hands down the best customer service i have ever experienced in my 24 years in this town. thank you Hermit Park KFC, I will definitely return to this KFC and will recommend it to my friends.
I had a couple of drinks and was looking forward to a good meal, and my friends didn’t disappoint. I ordered a burger and a family feast, and the burger was fantastic! My family really enjoyed the feast as well. From now on, I’ll only get my KFC from this location because of the respect and quality service I received. Great job, everyone!
The food was served hot, freshly cooked, and incredibly delicious. I visited for a quick lunch, but I would recommend using the drive-thru or picking up your order for convenience. Dining in was not enjoyable, as the constant buzzes, beeps, and alerts from the cooking ovens were quite distracting. Overall, while the food was delightful, next time I’ll just order from the counter and take it to go.
