After the bad experience at KFC Sandbaai, this branch wore me. The Q was long but fast moving. The whole system was offline and was just cash. But that didn't stop the great service from this industry. The lady at the till wrote on a very long list the orders and calculated the costs. And she knew the prices very well. The delay to be served was excessive for take out . Order placed, paid and then a 35 min wait for our meal. A client left and was refunded because she couldn't wait any longer as she had an appointment. Very poor interaction from staff. Had to ask the staff to clean up a big wet spill in the waiting area, unnecessary accident situation. View all feedback.

Service can be better, but absolutely nothing wrong with food.
The food is good. You're always busy, so you have to wait for your food. The staff is friendly.
