Tried to order my replacement pizza tonight and got nope we aren't going to make it for you ,, even though I have it in my voice-mailto show them there manager approved it . Even states their name .. I'm seriously tired of this from this location. I was surehoping it would have gotten better ,, this would have never happened had Jen stayed in hermann

I ordered from this restaurant for the second time last night, and I'm disappointed to say that both the pizza and chicken wings were excessively salty and over... read more I ordered from this restaurant for the second time last night, and I'm disappointed to say that both the pizza and chicken wings were excessively salty and overcooked. I specifically requested a thin crust, but received the regular crust instead. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. On top of the food issues, I had to wait an extra half hour when I arrived, and I overheard the staff complaining about customers while cooking. Clearly, I won't be a customer they have to complain about anymore. The food was subpar, and it felt like a waste of money.

The hot food section is usually e... read more It feels like they're always out of stock on something. The fountain drinks are often unavailable, along with lids and straws. The hot food section is usually empty or nearly empty. Despite long lines stretching to the back of the store, employees just stand around instead of opening another register to help customers faster. I don't get why checkout takes so long. Having worked in convenience stores before, I know someone would jump on the extra register to move the line along. My manager would never have allowed staff to just stand there while customers waited so long.

The pizza is... read more I truly appreciate the friendly and efficient staff at Casey's! I'm always greeted with a smile and rarely have to wait long, even when it's busy. The pizza is delicious, and the quick, pleasant service has been a constant throughout my visits. Thank you!
