Mcdonald's - Herkimer

I stopped here because my blood sugar was low where I just went out... The staff was great to ensure that my blood sugar went back to a stable state amazing service

It's a Mcdonald, not worse or better than your typical Mcdonalds. Apart from that, the fact has not worked out that they should find a way to make no mobile or delivery orders, have to wait in the Drivethru when the lobby is closed. Other McDonald's usually have a way to get these types of orders on the door. You're a little behind time.

Just like any major fast food service place, it depends on the workers and the amount of people that show up at the same time as you. This experience was fine. No issues. In the Drive-Thru, food gathered, and driving home all in under 5 minutes

Big family place when we have visits with our son.
