But that was always ve... read more Very nice modern ambience and a beautiful selection at the buffet. Can't judge the à-la-carte dishes as I have always enjoyed the buffet. But that was always very delicious and varied. The operation is also very friendly and notices quickly when the plate disappears from the table, but otherwise keeps discreet in the background. I can only recommend it to all visitors in Herford.

Antipasti offer was ok, though not outstanding.Roastbeef was tough and taste-neutral, a single soup Maron soup) doesn't go.E. not at all, with the rich taste amplifiers tasted and the warm offer was, in my opinion, satisfying to bad.........the pommes were as good as salt unfavorable, hot and mild. The desserts were, in my opinion, exclusively finished products except for fruit salad and plum compote: I don't know who reads this,but I tell the person responsible: Give your service staff and your guests what they deserve...the service was great and just deserved to have satisfied guests.
