Great concept to present various types of ice from own production. However, there are also spaghetti ice cream as classic.
It's different, but in a positive sense. there are other types of ice that invite you to try. it never gets boring and it's something different than the constant industrial ice cream with the always same sorts.
In our city there are unfortunately only industrial ice cream, so we drive about 12 kilometers to eat in the ice-cream short ice cream. here the ice is still made and this is tasted. there are fancy sorting e.g. ice cream with a gurken taste, but also vegan ice cream. the number of sorts is clear, however, that is good. They are also not presented as in the industrial ice-cables, but on the respective ice-cream is a lid, this prevents the ice from melting in the sun and forming ice crystals again by cooling. milk ice cream and sorbet are cooled to varying degrees. you can eat the ice inside and outside or also buy it for a ride. I can only hope that we will stay for a short time, it is always something special for us to eat there.
They used to drive 15 km to eat ice cream because the ice cream tasted great. We have been there several times and have been disappointed. The balls are small, expensive and the ice no longer tastes for us this ice cream parlour is done.
