Good food, more cozy place. the daughter of the owner is great, cook a bit crazy, but love the place.
Fantastic food and service. We stayed walking distance to this place for two nights and dined there two evenings in a row. The four items my husband and I had between us were all excellent. I especially liked the grilled chicken and orange sauce pork. Both were excellent. The spinach pasta was also perfectly creamy and flavorful. Also don't leave without trying the chocolate mousse, which is probably one of the top 5 desserts I have had anywhere. Even if you haven't had a good experience with chocolate mousse, this might be enough to hook you.
Not the first time I was here and never disappointed. it is an unpleasant place for such refined eating and perhaps not the place where they want to have a three cure french meal, but if they have a chance to try it, it is worth it.
Previous reviews took us here. The area has a lot of natural beauty. Highlands on Poas area, full of greenery landscapes. Restaurant is nice but a bit cold. Service was nice but just one person, pretty insufficient. Food just OK at best. I’ve lived in France, and this was far from authentic French fare. Beef was too cooked -even if we asked it rare-, duck magret was OK but unspectacular. All plates came with the same mashed potatoes and vegetables pure, kind of “too easy” way to set all plates no matter what. Prices though are on the very high end. It could be a great place. In my opinion it is not. I believe the rest of opinions here are honest and people value the place. If you know proper French food this will taste pretty bland.
