Not only do they forget sandwiches and menus in my order, but they also allow themselves to go back on their so-called “commercial gesture” after having promised it. I was first told that they would offer two menus as compensation, then 15 minutes later, I was called back to say that “management” refused. Seriously ? Which direction? She was supposedly absent! This is clearly bad faith and total disregard for customers. When we make a mistake, we take responsibility, that’s the basis. But there, not only do they not know how to be traders. They cannot even prepare the order and simply said cancel it. If u can’t prepare the order why u simply block the tablet . U are accepting the order and not preparing the order . U are completely scan taking out money from customers pocket . Later u said deal with deliveroo . We can’t help . Bring some manners to the counter .
