The female behind the counter informed us that the lobby closed at 9 and that we needed to order... read more We came in at 8:20 to eat on cruise night, on a Saturday night. The female behind the counter informed us that the lobby closed at 9 and that we needed to order online then pick it up through the drive thru. When we said we’d order inside, wait for it and take it home, she got a bigger attitude. Just as we were getting our order, my daughter walked in to use the restroom. That apparently set the female employee off again because she locked the door while my daughter was inside alone and started flaring her arms while speaking to a male employee. There is no need for ridiculous customer service like this!

The first time I had to wait 15 min this time I had to wa... read more The last 2 times I've ordered spaghetti to pick up I get their and they haven't even started it yet!!! The first time I had to wait 15 min this time I had to wait 10 min. If I wanted to wait I would dine in!!! The first excuse was it was printed on back of receipt and they didn't see it. This time they didn't even offer an excuse. Not happy. Cheezies food isn't as good but at least they don't mess up my order. That's where I'll go for now on. I know y'all don't care cause you can't even pay someone's check with the money I spend their a month. But it'll make me feel better

Our meals were awesome and the crust was so good that there was no crust waisted. I wish I could remember the name of our server because she was the perfect person for her job.
