The picture showed four generous sides, enough to serve 3 to 4 people, but what we received were four individual sides, each with maybe 3 tablespoons of food. We requested crispy, but that wasn't the case. When we asked for plates and silverware, we were given used plates that were greasy and covered in food crumbs, with one even having a French fry on it. I was extremely disappointed. My husband and I are in our sixties and have been dining at KFC since the 1960s, and I can honestly say this was the worst experience we've ever had there. Shame on KFC!

I feel that it is too much... read more I ordered two large french fries. The overall experience time took almost 30 minutes. I was not satisfied with the speed of service. I feel that it is too much to have one order taker working the window. I think the speed of service would improve if there were one separate order taker and window person. However, I understand this could be due to shortage of staff. All of the staff are friendly and kind. They apologized for the wait and put correct condiments in the bag. Also, the fries were fresh, warm, delicious, and seasoned well. I feel that the service could have been much faster. However, I enjoyed the fries thoroughly.

It has yummy chicken tenders and french fries as well as their biscuit, too.?? That little spice in there is a bit much, but worth it.? I would definitely recommend eating KFC food around the holiday season or something. It's worth it.

It's well worth a swing off the interstate to Henryetta KFC if you want to know what it's supposed to taste like. Of course, this was my first job out of HS so I'm partial.
