Has not advertised honor $5 lineup ofor 2 or more for 5. Explained to add in mailer. Woman at service all day 28. February 2019 says is manager. I asked if I could come back and pay difference to get my two for 10. She said I could return my reception I couldn't get on Monday and call Savanah. You've advertised it on a banner. I don't know how these guys compete with Dominos. 40 minutes to make a Peperoni pizza ordered by the app is crazy when the app says 10-20 minutes. Besides, the pizza didn't have Paprikas, but I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to wait another hour. First and only purchase I'll do in this business. The service once you're in the store is also bad. Pizzahütte must remove this franchise location if they want to keep half a decent picture.
Horrible service. We ordered a $90 order. After we placed the order, they called us and said that they ran out of stuffed crust pizza. We said that?s fine, and we told to make due with what they have. They arrived after 45 minutes without the chicken wings that we ordered. We tipped the driver extra because he told us he was going back to get the wings. About 15 minutes later, the manager calls and says that he?s not sending his driver back. We told him that a refund won?t due because there is an individual in the party that can?t eat gluten. His response was too bad that?s all I have to offer. We called back to discuss the unprofessionalism displayed, however, the manager became irrate over the phone. Then the manager, who never once gave his name, called back and said you know I know where you live and I have your number. Not only did they mess up our night, they also made threats.
We really enjoy your pizza! However, I have a concern regarding my last two orders. I specifically requested in the special instructions for the delivery to come to the side door, where we have a table set up for that purpose. Unfortunately, both times, the pizza was left at the front door, which we rarely use, on the porch. It's important for the drivers to pay closer attention to the special instructions. Thank you!
I want to share my recent experience at the restaurant. They didn't promote their $5 deal for ordering two or more, even though it was mentioned in their mailer. A woman, who claimed to be the manager, was working on February 28, 2019. I asked if I could come back and pay the difference to get the two-for-$10 deal. Instead, she told me I could return my receipt from Monday and contact someone named Savanah. They had advertised the deal on a banner, yet when I brought it up, she called me hostile and abruptly hung up on me. I plan to reach out to corporate. Additionally, she refused to give me her name. What has happened to customer service standards?
It was fantastic, as usual! The food was delicious, and the delivery was quick and friendly. I absolutely love Pizza Hut—nobody does it like the Hut! Haha!
