If you're looking for terrible food and poor customer service, this is the place for you! I've been a loyal Panera customer for quite some time, but this location has really made me reconsider. I doubt I'll be spending my money here again, especially after experiencing better food preparation at McDonald's. To make matters worse, Panera is relatively pricey, yet the staff treats it like a cheap fast food joint. I recommend you take your business elsewhere!
I had a delightful experience at the restaurant. The service was quick, and although I had to wait a few minutes for my order, it wasn't too long. Everything was prepared correctly, including my special requests and the right temperature. The staff was friendly and professional.
This is the best place! My family and I went for brunch on Saturday morning. It's never crowded and the service is always prompt. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is delicious. It's definitely one of the best spots to visit. I gave it four stars because I noticed some pieces of bread left on the table.
I placed an order for pick-up at Panera Bread later in the evening, well past the rush hour. The receipt clearly marked “modified” in bold, showing a simple change to the menu item: “No feta.” Yet, the sandwich I received was packed with chunks of feta cheese. At the bottom, it stated, “Accuracy matters. If your order is incorrect, please inform a manager.” I tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager (seems like I was the only one who read the receipt), but the phone just kept ringing and eventually the call dropped. To add to the frustration, they were out of baguettes—the key bread in Panera Bread’s menu. Staff who can’t read orders shouldn’t be preparing food, and if they do, someone needs to double-check the orders, especially when they’re not marked as verified. If that’s not possible, then they should at least answer the phone during business hours and fix the problem. It was just after 8pm on a Monday—well after the dinner rush and still a good hour before closing.
Your staff member Jane is truly incredible! She noticed I looked worried and checked if everything was alright. I had accidentally placed my order at the wrong location, but Jane quickly took care of my order without any hassle, allowing me to get back to work on time. She's outstanding—keep her on your team!
