What RS P doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Absolute worst Chickfila location. The drive thru here is awful. There basically is no customer service. What’s the point of making a separate mobile app line when no one is there to help? I always order my food through the app, and it’s been quick and easy at other locations, but not at this place. If I ask about my order, all they tell me to do is wait, and no one seems to want to help. The food here is also awful.... View all feedback.
Always great food and service. They are fast and have never gotten an order wrong for me...ever!
Fries Luke warm, chicken sandwich cooked awhile. Take out in line and parked in parking lot.This has limited parking area as did one of ours in Williamsburg. That store tore down and replaced on two lots. Great service after redo. Monticello one.Last night it was busy but abt 8:00 pm. Maybe cooked ahead and weren’t at their freshest.Will try again.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through with no help then was lied to by Ben K about why no one came and helped
