What User doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
This zaxbys has the absolute rudest manager, which i belive was Sam. Not only was the food not right, after being told I could not stay because I require a service dog( she had every tag, her credentials ect on her stroller) we left. We then were followed to the car still she was rude, argumentative and did not know the laws in regards to ACTUAL service dogs, demanding papers(which she also has). She just kept saying... Walked in today with a friend and didn't need any food however Ms. MAE at the counter offered me a drink isn't it was so hot. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and friendly professional way she treated me even if I wasn't here to purchase. Thank you so much I will definitely be back and have had their food before and its all so great!! Thanks Mae View all feedback.
