Walked in today with a friend and didn't need any food however Ms. MAE at the counter offered me a drink isn't it was so hot. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and friendly professional way she treated me even if I wasn't here to purchase. This zaxbys has the absolute rudest manager, which i belive was Sam. Not only was the food not right, after being told I could not stay because I require a service dog( she had every tag, her credentials ect on her stroller) we left. We then were followed to the car still she was rude, argumentative and did not know the laws in regards to ACTUAL service dogs, demanding papers(which she also has). She just kept saying... The lady taking my order was rather snappy. Maybe she was having a bad day.
This zazbys is HORRIBLE!!!! I just got home and half the food wasn't in the bag asked to talk to the manager and all she was worried about was that they close in 20 minutes if we would make it back in time and if we had the wrong food and if we where bringing it back! This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Most manager are worried more about taking care of the customer not if we make it back in time or if we are bring the wrong food ! I know mistakes happen but it's the way the manager take care of it that matters! Will not be back to this one ever!
This location always closes early!! Thought it was a one time thing , so we tried to visit again an where ignored at the drive threw , even double checked times on the website , .. very disappointing .. as manger was leaving she told me the website was wrong ??.. really …will eat somewhere else!!!.. will never come back !!!
Missing items food was cold. I ask the lady in the Drive- thru if the milk was in bag she said yes not there. Food was cold looks like it been sitting for a minuteFood: 2/5
