What Ken Adams doesn't like about Little Caesars:
Absolutely the worst operated restaurant I’ve been to. Web site was impossible to get into and when I called, someone there kept disconnecting the call. I’ve always like Little Caesars, but this was the last time I deal with them. Time before that took better part of an hour to walk out with a pizza. Have stopped in on two separate occasions to pick up a hot and ready pizza, was told both times that I'd have to wait about 15 minutes on the pizza. The core concept of hot and ready is that there should already be some cooked and waiting. By the time the customer comes in. It wasn't a busy day, they didn't have a line, they just didn't make enough. The branch is junk, and the franchise owner is junk. Will not be returning.
The people working there could not have been nicer...... They were Soo accommodating and sweet..... But the pizza could have used much more sauce.....but my grandkids liked it alot !!!
So you changed th price from $5 to now $8 and now it's never hot a ready, paying more and now waiting up to half hr if taking orders at all.
Just tried to buy pizza and they said they can't sell more than 2 pizzas. I said I have bought 4 or 5 pizzas every time I have come in asked for a manager and the kid said he was manager would not give me his name. Then just walked away. I will not give them any more business. They had 6 pizzas ready and would not sell 4 pizzas
The food was great, however, there is no way to change or cancel your order online and you cannot call this location. I had to drive all the way to the store just to change an order for next day pick up. The general manager was very nice and helpful.
