Binion's Roadhouse - Hendersonville

I ordered the open-faced pot roast sandwich and found most of the meat to be dry and tough. The garlic mashed potatoes were overly garlicy. I was disappointed with the service as well, as the server only left me a 52-cent tip on a $41.48 bill when I paid with a $50 bill. The sweet tea, however, was excellent. Overall, my dining experience was not as great as I had hoped for. I remember enjoying this restaurant 20 years ago and was hoping to re-live that experience, but unfortunately, it did not happen.

During our trip back from the mountains, we decided to stop for lunch. I gave the restaurant 4 stars, as the meat on my husband's open face roast beef sandwich was tough and overcooked.

Everyone was nice enough but… We ordered Medium filets which came out WELL done. We never send food back we just eat it and move along. Manager came out and had our steaks re- made which was super nice. They then came out RAW not rare but RAW. Management was nice enough but unfortunately this was the first and last time we will visit. We had high expectations.

Best food by far! Service is usually always good. Wait times are a little much but it’s not always too bad.

Great service and the food was spot on! Quality of ingredients was really good and we will definitely go back when in the area.
