Would leave 0 stars if i i could. Tried to get a Free whopper with a purchase through the promotion via the app today. Never got my whopper and the manager, Shea, argued and refused to honor it. So I had to make another purchase to get a free whopper. 100% lack of customer service on the managers part. Front of house employees said it had happening all day. We were traveling recently from Atlanta and stopped at this Burger King in Hendersonville and we were SO glad that we did!! The dining room was closed; however, the drive through was very quick with fresh and hot food. The staff was VERY friendly!! We were also impressed with the fact that there was an employee cleaning the glass doors and windows and picking up any litter around the outside of the restaurant. Will definitely visit this BK again!!!!
Food always fresh and tasty! Friendly staff....times are longer occasionally due to being short-staffed! But I like the cleanliness of restaurant...even though it's one of oldest BKs around!
The food here is always fresh and yummy!! The managers are super friendly and so is the crew! This is definitely my favorite BK around!!
This BK had fast friendly service. The food was hot and wait times were quick eventhough the drive thru was busy. I will visit this location again.
