I have been dining here and hosting clients for years, but this particular evening was very concerning. It appeared that there was only one waiter and a group of busboys assisting him. The drinks and food were served late, and we had to continuously request our drinks. The waiter recommended the pork rib dinner, and I specifically inquired about the sauce. He assured me it would be lightly brushed on, but when the dish arrived, it was drenched in BBQ sauce and the meat was tough. My guests had similar experiences. Management needs to ensure they have an adequate number of skilled staff to handle a busy Friday night in Vegas. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
