1/12/24. 12:30PM. Anna was so friendly to everyone in the lobby and drivethru. She confirmed orders with the customers before handing them out. She also made sure nobody forgot napkins, utensils or sauces. In her downtime she made sure the lobby was clean and even brought our food out to us. All of these things seem like that's just what she's supposed to do because it's her job, but most fast food workers don't do this. She went above and beyond and the experience and food was great!.
