Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Everything was well cooked; Brisket did not fall apart and ribs left a bite mark on puncture. The pulled chicken itself was a bit salty, but the alabama white sauce made it very good. The variety of sauces were beautiful and paired with meat very good. I really liked the old laurel sauce and will try it from now on on on my ribs. View all feedback.
Great place, and they support our veterans. One of the better BBQ spots in Evansville. A little pricey but the food is good- and it comes out quick. Their cheesy potatoes and Mac and cheese are pretty solid sides. Thank you for all you do!
Food was great, however the price seems high for the portion size. I had the Meat Market Pulled Chicken with fries, a slider roll in place of the normal cornbread and a small drink for around $14. Speed of service was excellent! Our order was ready even before we could fill our drinks. The staff was polite and checked on us several times while we enjoyed our food, which was a nice surprise from a counter service restaurant.
Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Everything was cooked well; brisket didn't fall apart and ribs left a bite mark when biting in. The pulled chicken, by itself was a bit salty, but the Alabama white sauce evened it out very well. The variety of sauces were nice and paired with the meats very well. I really liked the old bay sauce, and will try that on my ribs at home from now on.
Went in and ordered and it was ready in a few minutes. Everything we ordered was delicious... and more than enough food portions. They have so many different sauces to try and haven't tried a bad one yet. The cornbread is a definite with any meal, tastes like cake. ?
Visited my brother-in-laws and their families in Evansville, Indiana. This place would do gangbusters no matter where it's at in the United States. Delicious BBQ, fast and delicious, and normally 1 or 2 of a BBQ restaurant's sauces at the table are okay. Here, ALL 6 are standout sauces, ALL 6 are delicious with very distinctive flavors and profiles. I heard there is a National Anthem moment at noon, walked in right after. Hate I missed it. I'll go back again. And I would definitely go if they had one in or around Atlanta. Come to Georgia, Mission BBQ!!
