Stopped here with my 5 year old on a road trip and had a wonderful dinner. The garlic bread is addictive! I enjoyed spaghetti with meatballs, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. My son had the kids' spaghetti. Reasonably priced, great service, recommend! View all feedback.
What Crystal Haynes doesn't like about Pino's Italian:
Pino's has good Italian dishes. Their pizza is really good as well. As a realtor, I love dining in good restaurants, then writing about them in my newsletters. The only thing about Pino's is their customer service. It's not that good. I've caught attitudes from a few of their employees a few times I've been there, so I just stop going. We order a pizza and there was hardly any sauce cheese or peperoni. It was a terrible pozaa.
Can do better with cheese fries. Need to try a different cheese that doesn't turn into plastic. Chèesesteak was a 3.5 out of 5
I work not to far from this restaurant. I have loved every item on the menu I have tried. The staff is friendly and provide great service.

I believe customer service is a huge part of the customer's experience while dining out to eat. I gave them three stars for the food but deducted two for the service.
