Mcdonald's - Henderson

Love the dress hot coffee and strawberry crème pies. Spotless rest rooms.

Service was bad. The staff was very rude. I plan not to go to this McDonald's again. Staff need a lot of training . One staff member raised his voice at me because I thought he was finished with the other customer. And after that she just looked at him. He finally returned with my coffee with a lot of coffee grounds in it. I never got coffee from any McDonald's with that much coffee grounds in it.

Place is very slow, especially considering they have way more workers than most McDonald's restaurants have. It just looks like they don't have a very good team leader and it seems they were getting a lot of orders wrong. Took me like literally 8 to 10 minutes. Standing at the register before I could pay for my food and order it, then of course it was another 15-20 minutes before I got my order. I went in the evening time so don't know how it is around the day. But if you go in the evening be prepared for a 30 minute trip at least.Parking: There is a variety of parking options, but be careful and be aware of your surroundings. There's a lot of people who are panhandling asking for cash and also there are drug addicts that like to park up there and use elicit drugs.

They had our order wrong and another customers order wrong and the employee rolled their eyes and said no words as they fixed the problem.

Heck no!!! I bought 2 double cheeseburgers, a chicken nugget happy meal, and a chicken nugget meal and it was $43!!! Chic-fil-a has better quality food and is WAY more affordable than this!!! NEVER WILL I EVER…
