Little Caesars Pizza - Henderson

They don't check their Tordash orders. The ordered pizza waited for an hour for a driver, Doordash couldn't find one, so I went myself. They didn't have the order ready and it took 3 people to find it on the computer. The manager told me he couldn't do it for me even though I paid for it. I canceled the order. Although I try not to mention any answers, there are at least 5 people working in the store.

Weirdly aggressive and presume anyone using the drive-thru to pick up an order is a Doordasher. At first I was aggressively told I HAD to pull around and come inside to pick up the two orders my car had. I mentioned the app said we could do drive-thru and it was only then we were established as not being (apparently hated) delivery drivers. Both employees working register seemed actively peeved. One of the two pizzas had clearly been in the heater for too long as the cardboard was soggy to the point we didn't feel comfortable carrying it without bottom support.

Poor customer service. I tried calling before i went but they would not answer the phone. I went through the drive thru to order pizzas for work. I asked for 6 pizzas and they acted like that was too many and told me I would have to wait a while. I said that was fine. I got to the window to pay with $100 bill and the lady said, You better go somewhere to get that changed because we don 't take $100 bills. My order was over $50 and she said the manager said they still wouldn 't take it. At this point I just canceled my order and drove away. This location is awful. Don 't bother

I have never written a review on google before, I felt I had to just to warn people of this place. I ordered on the Little Caesars App, delivery was quick. My wife and I ended up eating a couple of slices and I sensed something was off but not soon enough, the dough of the pizza was completely raw! That?s not the worst part, the worst part is my wife is pregnant. Pregnant women aren?t supposed to eat any kind of raw product like this that can have dangerous bacteria and harm the baby. So now I?m stressed but most of all I just want a refund, I call the number on their website, it?s disconnected. I call the store number multiple times, nobody answers. So not only do you threaten the life of my unborn child but you also won?t even answer the phone to give me a refund. This place is going to kill somebody, maybe I?m being dramatic but this sort of incompetence is disgusting

Stuffed cheese sticks are were it?s at! It is a way better choice than the regular ole crazy bread! Little Caesars is a consistent pizza place. You can always count on them to have it hot and fresh, ready to go!!!
