While I was there picking up my online order, I noticed they were facing a lot of undeserved insults. It's important to remember that this day is like their version of Black Friday. I can't say enough good things about my experiences at this place. They truly deserve raises for the outstanding way they manage everything. The food is consistently great, and the service is always impressive!

When I told them about this politely and asked if they could remake the fries , they told me no and thatit?s my fault the food is cold. They also proceeded to tell me that I?m not entitled to a refund. The manager started to speakin another language and they employees started to laugh. Unfortunately, this made me really uncomfortable and I felt like I wasbeing discriminated against. I wouldn?t wish that on anyone. They do not offer refunds and if there is an issue with your orderthey also will not remake it or even reheat it up for you. Please be mindful of this!
