I can only give this place two stars for cleanliness and convenience. The Hispanic girl at the counter was dismissive and uninterested in answering my questions. When I inquired about the new cookie butter cold brew, she seemed completely indifferent. I decided to order it anyway, but to my disappointment, it was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend that drink unless perhaps it was just poorly made by the person who prepared it.
Since the renovation, this Dunkin' Donuts has really enhanced its appeal. The manager and staff are friendly and efficient, contributing to an enjoyable experience. The establishment is well-kept, and the new layout is excellent.
Yessenia's demeanor was very unprofessional. They got our order wrong but charged us the correct price. When I asked if they could correct it, she curtly responded, "That's not my problem; you need to speak to the person who took your order." The man next to her backed her up, leaving me standing there with my sandwich for several minutes without any further help. We chose to sit back down and see if they would reach out to us, but eventually, we had to get up again to ask if they would remake our order. While the other staff members were pleasant, Yessenia's rudeness was particularly noticeable, and I observed two other customers facing similar issues with their orders during that same 15-minute period.
