My mom ordered a chicken soup and they said it will be 7 minutes after that it took them like an hour to bring the soup and she said the chicken was very old and they didn’t add enough chicken to the View all feedback.
I always go on Saturdays to buy food but today the service was terrible and not only me, the other person who was there was treated like we were trustworthy... the woman identified me and I asked her if she was the owner or in charge. That way with that attitude no one would arrive.P.S; a photo of how I pack my food. It wasn't even spicy, I told him I would wait for him to do it and he said not yet.

I can say one thing: Esperanza, the woman who works there, is just sweet and kind. She always brings joy when taking your order, and she charges exactly what she's supposed to. Unfortunately, the other women can be rude, angry, or may overcharge you. However, the Guatemalan food is delicious, and my family and I love eating there!
My mom ordered chicken soup, and they told us it would take about 7 minutes. However, it ended up taking nearly an hour for them to bring it out. When she finally received the soup, she remarked that the chicken tasted quite old, and there wasn't enough chicken in it.
This is a fantastic spot for family gatherings, celebrations, and meetings.
