While t... read more I've been dining at this restaurant for years, and I truly believe they serve the best BBQ in all of South Carolina (and I'm a bit of a BBQ enthusiast). While their side dishes aren’t particularly impressive, I recommend grabbing a pound or two (or even three) of their barbecue and making your own sides at home. I visit at least once every month or two, even though it's a 40-minute drive from my place. It's definitely worth the journey. I've never been disappointed.

I orde... read more This place is a hidden gem! It's like stepping into an old country store with a grill. It might look a bit sketchy, but trust me, the BBQ is outstanding. I ordered a BBQ sandwich and received enough meat for two sandwiches. Instead of a traditional bun, they use classic white bread, which I hadn't had in ages—I had forgotten how much I loved it! It was fresh and soft. The restroom might raise some eyebrows, but I promise, it's worth taking a chance and stopping by. The BBQ sauce is perfect, although I found the slaw to be a bit too heavy on the mayonnaise for my taste. Make sure to bring cash since they don't accept credit cards, checks, or any kind of payment besides cash. It's the real deal, and you can see the guys out there working hard on the food. Just amazing!
