Authentic Indian Cuisine in Hemet!!! First, let me say that I can handle spicy food—really spicy food. I can even take on Buffalo Wild Wings' 'Blazin' challenge in one sitting. Many restaurants often fail at delivering true heat; they either tone it down too much or end up ruining the dish in their attempt to add spice. But THIS PLACE knows how to do spicy right. The flavors are incredible, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This restaurant is the real deal. If you're a fan of Indian food, you have to check it out. I honestly went in with low expectations and was completely blown away.
What stood out to me was that the food doesn’t taste like your typical Indian restaurant fare—it's much better and feels like home-cooked meals. This quality is reflected in the service as well. The staff was attentive, ensuring our table was cleared, checking in on us for refills, and even bringing us some plain yogurt from the back. I can’t wait to return to try more items from the menu, which features all the classic favorites. I highly recommend that everyone in Hemet and San Jacinto give this place a try!

Glad to have an Indian food place close by. This is a tiny place in a sketchy part of town unfortunately. Do not expect a fancy restaurant, you get paper plates and plastic utensils but they have good food and extremely friendly service. We had naan, vegetable pakora, chicken tikka masala and chicken makhani, both with rice. Everything was hot and we finished it all. Prices are reasonable. Great Punjab music videos playing, too. We will be back for takeout and wish them much luck. Nice to see new and different businesses come to this area.
We tried the fried cheese with a sweet sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. The lentil soup is the best I've ever tasted in my 60 years of life! I'm definitely taking some home. We ordered three entrees, and everything was fantastic. The service was friendly, and the food was served promptly. I only wish this place was closer to me. I will definitely be back!
