Cotija's Taco Shop - Hemet

I've been going to this restaurant for the past six years, and I've always loved their Caldos and Carne Asada nachos—they're the best! Recently, the restaurant changed ownership, and the service has become outstanding! They've also expanded their menu with new items. I highly recommend this place!

I was feeling hungry, so I decided to order the steak and bacon burrito. Unfortunately, the bacon wasn't cooked properly; it was still partially raw and excessively greasy. I've dined at another location before, and I never experienced anything like this. I won't be returning.

The cashier was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a warm smile. We ordered fish tacos and chicken tacos, both of which were delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We decided to try this place. I ordered a Chile Relleno and Cheese Enchilada, the Chile Relleno was so fluffy it didn’t have an even distribution of cheese and had a flour taste. The enchilada was disgusting, it tasted like a super sweet mole sauce. I was very disappointed. The beans were good, the rice was ok. However, the lady at the counter was friendly.
