First Michelin 1 star restaurant I tried in Helsinki. The pairing wines with each course impressed me a lot than the food itself
Best meal of my entire life. Complex dishes in both textures and ingredients. No pictures taken since the food was so delicious.
Longstanding 1 star michelin, later opening hours adjusted in the summer. 4 to 7 course choice, adding extra cheese, main course, and dessert. snack, amuse, and two breads. french scandinavian punctuated by purees and dashi, main veal with nice roasted veggies. contrast with olo
Went to this place before it was graced with a Michelin star, and we loved the buzz, attention to detail and quality and balance of the menu. stayed about 2.5 hours, always a good sign, and though the food had a nice local inflection, we could have been in New York given the overall quality of the food, decor and vibe. if they've kept the standards and creativity up, definitely worth a visit.
Excellent Michelin-star restaurant. the service was impeccable and its rhabarb desert was exceptional.
