It is anyhow clean and food is very... read more Lunch deal is acctually quite decent. Buffet is Ok and plentyful. In theory it works. Place is outdated, and a bit scrubby. It is anyhow clean and food is very typical everyday Finnish, good basic Finnish lunch. But the service, sigh, well it is curious how even very very basic service level is close to zero. There simply isn’t at all ”can do attitude”. Seems like they simply have too many customers, even tough quite many would fit in. Perhaps there is too little staff? The staff pluntly clearly just sees customers as a problem. Even tough everything would go wrong, and sometimes it happens everywhere, very simple nice words could make the experience better. It is curious, that there were no effort at all, just unfriendly attitude. For a tourist this is on another hand very good experience of Finnish service: short, frozen in formula, uncreative, blunt, cold. Very Kaurismäki experience, perhaps I like it from time to time, good service is then apprieced more

It's a popular spot, so making a reservation in advance is recommended.
