The person at the window messed up my tea order twice, and even when I asked for a half-and-half, it still ended up being too sweet. The beans mixed with the guacamole didn’t taste right, and the cheese for the nachos and cheese wrap was sparse and served at an odd temperature—neither hot nor cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
