?Re-introduced? my mother in law to Jim?s. Typically I would do a brunch omelette, but went for the Paddy Melt today. Great rye, sweet onions and some great beef. ?Them rings are the things?. Lower score based on overall cleanliness and upkeep. Hardto pick the best time for repairs and upkeep on a 24 hours restaurant, but you just have to choose and get stuff done. Bathroomcleanliness is a big issue here.

Yeah baby, I 'm back in my happy place! I commented on how our local Dennys was not doing the Club Sandwich as that franchisee chose to remove it from the menu. In comes Jim 's Restaurant to the rescue. Oh, and Dennys, Jim 's throws in a quarter slice ofpickle on your plate. Game Set Match. Clear winner... JIM 'S! and the pies at the entrance, clever. I had to have that BostonCreme Pie. I was clearly hungry and Jim 's was my happy place. Thank you Jim 's. Great service as always too.

I have been to this location a few times and never had any problems whatsoever until today. The way I see it if you don?t like your job then get another one! The customer service was down right disrespectful. I?d ordered breakfast with sausage and a sideorder of biscuits. When I received my order it had bacon. I guess the waitress didn?t like the fact that I told her I wantedsausage not bacon and before I had a chance to ask about the biscuits she takes off. She comes back with my eggs and one sausageand takes off again before I can even say thank you or even ask about my missing item. I decide to wait a few minutes to see ifshe was coming back with my biscuits she never came so I flagged her down. I asked ?shouldn?t it be two sausages and not justone?? (As this is how I?ve received it before in the past). She told me no it only comes with one and I tried to explain thatI?ve always received 2. She didn?t care to hear anything I had to say or give me the chance to ask about the biscuits and walkedoff saying I can talk to the manager. I thought for sure the manager would be more polite and reasonable but nope I was wrong. He too never gave me the opportunity to speak or even ask for my biscuits. Displeased by the these two I told them I was notgoing to eat here anymore and started waking out. The manager didn?t even care and said ?go I don?t care. I don?t have time forthis? My dad liked this place so I will be finding another place to have breakfast with my dad.

First, let’s talk about the food. It has always been decent—good for the price, but not extraordinary. However, just like everything else, prices have increased, yet the quality of the food has remained mediocre. It's not just about the cost; it's about whether the food is worth it. The burger looked appealing at first glance but tasted as if it had been cooked without seasoning and just thrown on the grill. What was more disturbing was the state of the restaurant itself. As I sat down, I couldn't help but notice that the floors were dirty and the tables didn’t look well-maintained. The ceiling was particularly concerning—I'm not sure if it was mold or just water stains, but it looked horrible, covering a large portion of the ceiling. To top it off, I witnessed a server go into the kitchen, smell something, and then shake their head in disapproval. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, that raises red flags about the proper food labeling and safety practices. Overall, I have made up my mind: I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
