B Daddy's Barbeque - Helotes

Let's go. I sent a message in the night before really late and they actually replied! The answer to the same night! My wife and I went today and first from the young guy with the beard was super friendly. He took our orders and made conversations with us. Super friendly guy. The food was amazing! The brisket was legit. It was not dry and it had the perfect amount of fat. The pulled pig was also not dry and full of taste. It's with an unusual sauce. If your BBQ NEEDS sauce won't be so great. I just had a little dive, but it didn't take it at all. It was amazing. The pages were great. While we sat Dont Stop Believing arrived and both workers singing to themselves. My wife and I laughed, but what that means is that they like to work there, which says a lot about this place. I would recommend going here!

We tried almost everything on the menu... Chicken quarter, sausage, chopped brisket, wet brisket, Mac n cheese! Everything was absolutely delicious and was the best bbq we ever ate!! The waiting staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant and the grounds were in a beautiful environment and very peaceful! We will definitely be back when we are in San Antonio and spread the word to all our friends!
